This elevated session is perfect for anyone who wants a clear direction on their renovation or new build.
We will begin with a detailed on-site walk-through or virtual revision of your space and/or floorplans.
The we will sit down for an in depth consultation where I connect with you or your family, getting to know your individual personalities, lifestyle needs and the energetic desires for your home. As we come to understand these topics, we will begin to conceptualize your design. I’ll make recommendations to optimize functionality and flow for your floorplan layout, suggest window placement to capture ideal natural lighting and airflow, and provide basic kitchen and bathroom layouts. We will also discuss materials, finishes and architectural elements.
Following our consultation you will recieve a PDF package inculding:
A detailed summary of our consultation.
A basic customized floorplan.
A mood board with imagery to set the tone and feeling of your design.
A colour palette based off of your mood board.
A concept board with general material recommendations and design inspiration images.
1 week of follow-up email correspondence for light revisions and any further support.
