First, we will conduct a thorough on-site walk-through or virtual revision of your build site, floorplans or existing home.
The we will sit down for a high-level, in-depth consultation where I connect with you or your family. We will discuss your lifestyle, personalities and the energetic desires for your space. We will begin to visualise the overall atmosphere of your home and conceptualize a custom design style. I will consider any existing layout or floorplan and make recommendations to refine the flow and optimize functionality. Recommendations for optimal window placement will be made to capture ideal natural lighting and air flow and provide basic kitchen and bathroom layouts. We will also discuss materials, finishes and architectural elements.

A detailed summary of our consultation.
A customized, notated floorplan.
A mood board with imagery to set the tone and capture the atmoshpere desired for your home.
A general, full-home colour palette based off of your mood board.
Concept boards with material and finishes recommendations and design inspiration images for 3-4 key spaces.
2 weeksof follow-up email correspondence for light revisions and any further support.
